The Project
What the business needed: An insurance site has one job above all others: make a skeptical visitor trust the company with their money before they'll ever request a quote. That shaped nearly every decision.
Design thinking: • Trust-first hero section: IRA licensing status, claims satisfaction rate, and 24/7 support are stated immediately, before any service detail — because in insurance, credibility precedes interest. • Proof metrics as design elements: years of combined experience, number of products, response time, and verified licensing are treated as visual anchors (not buried in an About page), reinforcing "trusted shield" positioning throughout. • Service cards organized by real buying categories, Motor, Medical, Domestic, Fire & Burglary, Contractors All Risk, WIBA, each with plain-language coverage bullets instead of policy jargon, so a first-time buyer can self-select the right product. • Values section (Integrity, Confidentiality, Expertise, Innovation) built in to address the emotional side of the purchase; people buying insurance are buying peace of mind as much as coverage. • Multi-channel conversion: quote form, direct phone line, and WhatsApp all presented with equal prominence, since insurance inquiries in the Kenyan market split heavily across those three channels. • Consistent, repeated CTA ("Get a Free Quote") reinforced with low-friction reassurance copy, "no credit card, no commitment, response within 2 hours," to reduce the hesitation that typically stalls insurance conversions.
